The Department of CE/IT/CSE, SAL Institute of Diploma Studies (SIDS), Ahmedabad, successfully organized an Expert Talk on “Agentic AI” on 20th January 2026 for 4th semester Students. The session was delivered by Mr. Hitesh Kachhela, Praxware Technologies, Ahmedabad.
The expert talk was designed to introduce students to the emerging concept of Agentic Artificial Intelligence, where AI systems are capable of autonomous decision-making, goal planning, and task execution. The session provided a conceptual bridge between traditional AI models and modern agent- based intelligent systems used in real-world applications.
The talk blended theoretical foundations with practical insights, real-life use cases, and interactive discussions, enabling students to understand how Agentic AI differs from conventional AI systems and how it is shaping the future of automation, software agents, and intelligent systems.
