The primary agenda included discussion on students’ daily attendance, academic performance, and awareness regarding pending backlogs of Semester-1 and Semester-2 subjects. The PTM served as an effective platform for one-to-one interaction between parents and faculty members, enabling detailed discussion about students’ progress, behavior, and areas requiring improvement.
Parents were informed about their ward’s strengths and weaknesses so that collaborative efforts could be made for academic enhancement and overall development. Queries raised by parents were addressed by respective class coordinators and faculty members in a constructive manner. The Head of Department and Semester-4 class coordinators actively participated in the meeting.
A total of 64 parents attended the meeting, including 25 from CE, 9 from CSE, and 30 from IT departments. The meeting concluded positively, emphasizing continuous cooperation between parents and teachers for improved student performance and growth.
