The Cyber Security Awareness Webinar, organized by the IETE Ahmedabad Centre in collaboration with the Cyber Security Association of India (CSAI) and TEMA on 8th November 2025, was specially conducted for the students of SAL Institute of Diploma Studies (SIDS, Ahmedabad). The primary objectives of the webinar were to enhance awareness about cyber threats, promote cyber hygiene, educate participants on data privacy, password safety, and phishing prevention, and encourage the responsible and ethical use of digital platforms. Distinguished speakers Prof. N. K. Goyal (President, CMAI & CSAI; Chairman Emeritus, TEMA) and Mr. Navtesh Goyal (Executive Director, CSAI & TEMA) emphasized the importance of building a cyber-aware generation aligned with India’s vision of a Cyber Secure Nation. With 118 active participants from SIDS and the presence of ISF members, IETE corporate members, and dignitaries, the session effectively met its objectives by inspiring participants to adopt safe digital practices and contribute to a secure cyber ecosystem.
